1.  HOW SHOULD I WASH MY MINKY? 

Machine wash alone in COLD water on the gentle cycle using liquid or powder detergent. Do NOT use fabric softener or pods. Hang dry. Air setting on dryer to fluff your minky if necessary.

5. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You can read our policy in detail here. But the long and the short of it is ... we offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase ONLY if there is a flaw in the minky for a replacement.  Unfortunately, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift Cards are also non-refundable.
